Superb Quinoa Recipes From Chef Bryan Woolley

These three quinoa recipes demonstrate how easy it is to include quinoa into a wide range of meals. The first one includes chick peas which is well known to taste great with quinoa. They both have that slight nutty flavour and crunch to them. This is as long as you don't overcook them.

The second recipe has anothe legume called black beans. These are hard to find here in the UK and I usually have to buy them tinned. I much prefer to prepare them myself from scratch.

The third recipe uses the hearts of two globe artichokes which I have never cooked in my life. A chance to be educated. I grow jerusalem artichokes in my garden and have quite a few to harvest right now. But Globe Artichokes are a mystery to me. Hope you enjoy them.
