Radio 2 did a spot on quinoa and quinoa recipes on thursday 23rd July. The information about quinoa was excellent and the presenters, Nigel Barden, Sally Boazman & Simon Mayo really seemed to be enjoying the quinoa food. For those readers outside the UK you should know that Radio 2 is the biggest Radio station in the UK and the item was featured during the drivetime program which has millions of listeners.
They gave out 2 quinoa recipes. One of them is on this page. the other one will come in a few days time. To hear the program the link is HERE. I will leave it up as long as the link stays live.
