Quinoa and Trout Tabouleh Recipe

As some one who does not eat any type of fish I am not able to prepare fishy quinoa recipes. The reason for my aversion to fish has nothing to do with religion or special diet restrictions. It has everything to do with two encounters I had with dead fish when I was a very young boy.

Having subsequently swum with sharks and manta rays last year, I am beginning to consider eating fish. It must be something to do with being in close contact with fish for the first time in my adult life. By the way, swimming with sharks will cure you or many fears and phobias. At least that is what I have found.

So you will gather from that little story that I have not tried out this particlular recipe. But the source is an experienced chef.

I am on the look out for even more quinoa and fish recipes to fill in the gaps I have in my quinoa books. If you know of any please send them to me in a comment orby email.
