This is a really good power packed quinoa salad recipe. My only slight nag is 17 ingredients. That seems a few too many. But I know that it is a great recipe if you have plenty of time to create it.

Quinoa salads are the main way that quinoa is served. You can prepare it and then mix it very easily with other ingredients. This flexibility makes quinoa a great product to always have in your cupboard to make up a substantial meal. If truth be known, you can throw almost any mix of salad veg in with quinoa and you will have a complete meal right there. But don’t tell anyone I told you so!
