Hello - here is a link for gluten-free bread using quinoa plus other flours. Brown rice flour and sorghum. Sorghum is used in a gluten-free pancake mix that I have used. It all turns out well. Good luck and thanks for your information on quinoa.

Hi Megan

I don't know where you can grow quinoa in the US as I live in the UK. I grow my own in a typical english climate quite well.
I get the seeds from the <a href="http://www.realseeds.co.uk/" rel="nofollow">real seed company Link HERE</a>

Do you know if quinoa can be grown in zone 6 in the US? If so, where can I get the seed?

Great, easy recipe: Cooked quinoa, watermelon, cilantro, ground cherries, tiny bit of salt. YUM!

Found this article when I was looking for quinoa recipe ideas for a client with insulin resistance. I'll certainly recommend your site to clients - they often look at me blankly when I mention quinoa!
