Saturday, April 19th, 2008I discovered Quinoa 2 years ago in my mission to improve my diet and general health. I have since then lost 5 stone in weight and become something of a quinoa freak. I regularly include quinoa recipes in my meals and have a huge collection of home grown quinoa recipes.
